Origin/Meaning:

The emblem of Mental Health and Yoga Pvt. Ltd. was adopted on 02 December 2021. The numerical in the emblem denotes the year of establishment that is 2021. At the top of the design is the name of the company “Mental Health and Yoga”. The emblem contains an inner logo that represents five elements: EARTH is represented by the ball which symbolizes grounding, calming, keeping the ego in check; WATER is represented by the movement of serpents which symbolizes the ability to adapt, flow, act selflessly and avoid unhealthy attachments; FIRE is represented by the snakes which symbolizes confidence and courage, the energy of motivation and creativity; AIR\WIND is represented by the wings which symbolize clear communication and self-expression, influencing the ability to act from a place of compassion and love; ETHER\SPACE is represented by the psi which symbolizes a container for all the other elements, the source of intuition and wisdom from the universe, associated with expansion, awareness, and consciousness. The octagon enclosing the inner logo represents the eight limbs of yoga keeping the elements at balance and the other octagon symbolizes experiential reinforcements. The ribbons in the emblem symbolize academics and evidence-based practice. At the base of the design carries the slogan of the company “Give Yourself Time” inferring to care about mental health to fulfill the quote of Socrates “Care for your psyche…know thyself, for once we know ourselves, we may learn how to care for ourselves.”
